Laser Hair Removal Facts
Laser hair removal for more than two decades is the common way to remove hair for a long time. All these years the evolution of the new method has been underway, and currently the most popular is the removal of undesirable vegetation by a diode laser.
Laser emitters used for medical purposes have different technical characteristics. The wavelength, radiation density and pulse duration are the parameters by which they differ.
The principle of operation of all radiators is the same. All of them, emit light of a certain wavelength. Light is absorbed by the dark pigment of the hair melanin. This process is accompanied by the release of heat energy, which has a harmful effect on the hair follicle.
A laser is a light source that emits a narrow beam of light. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that such a beam of light has a strictly defined wavelength and diverges relatively little at the point of contact with the surface of a solid body. In other words, this radiation is narrow and monochromatic.
